1. Overview
Arc Vitae provides private longevity advisory programmes designed to support wellbeing, biological understanding, behavioural awareness, recovery, and long-term personal development.
Participation in Arc Vitae programmes constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Programme Participation
Arc Vitae Foundation is delivered privately, either one-to-one or to closed groups by arrangement.
Programme structures, scheduling, specialist involvement, and residential immersion logistics are individually coordinated with each client.
3. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are confirmed in writing prior to participation.
Participation is secured only upon receipt of agreed payment terms.
Additional costs relating to specialist consultations, laboratory testing, travel, accommodation, residential immersion venues, or third-party services may be invoiced separately where applicable.
4. Scheduling and Availability
Sessions are scheduled privately around client availability and operational requirements.
Arc Vitae will make reasonable efforts to accommodate international travel schedules and time-zone requirements.
5. Residential Immersion
Where programmes include residential immersion components, participation details, locations, operational arrangements, and conduct expectations will be agreed individually in advance.
Clients remain responsible for personal insurance, travel documentation, and any personal medical requirements during travel.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that all decisions relating to health, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, recovery, medical care, and wellbeing remain their personal responsibility.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to participation.
7. Medical Responsibility
Arc Vitae operates as a private longevity and wellbeing advisory practice.
Arc Vitae does not provide emergency medical care, hospital services, psychiatric services, or primary medical treatment.
Clients should maintain ongoing relationships with their existing physicians and healthcare providers throughout participation.
8. Specialist and Third-Party Services
Arc Vitae may coordinate introductions to laboratories, practitioners, specialists, operational providers, or external services where appropriate.
Arc Vitae is not responsible for independent third-party services, medical outcomes, travel disruptions, or external provider decisions.
9. Confidentiality
Both Arc Vitae and participating clients agree to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all private discussions, programme content, diagnostics, and personal information.
10. Intellectual Property
All Arc Vitae programme structures, methodologies, written materials, frameworks, branding, and Living Blueprint™ materials remain the intellectual property of Arc Vitae unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation terms, rescheduling structures, and refund arrangements are confirmed individually within client agreements prior to programme commencement.
Arc Vitae reserves the right to modify scheduling, specialist participation, or operational logistics where necessary.
12. Limitation of Liability
Arc Vitae shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or non-medical outcomes arising from participation in any programme or associated service.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the client’s own discretion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom unless otherwise agreed in writing.
