A woman can spend decades building a life of real capability and find, somewhere past the midpoint, that the question has quietly changed. Not what comes next. But how to live this next part well.
The women who come to Arc Vitae aren’t looking for escape. They’re looking for clarity - how their body and mind work together, what sustains them, and how to carry that forward. That’s intelligent longevity: a deliberate recalibration for sustained wellbeing.
Every woman reaches this question differently, shaped by life, biology, and history. It doesn’t arrive on a timetable. But when it does, it matters and it deserves to be met well.
Arc Vitae is built for that: a journey that meets you where you are, helps you see yourself clearly, and leaves you with your Living Blueprint - something you can live by long after you return home.
The detailed brochure for the Arc Vitae Journey is now available.
Request the digital brochure to receive the fifteen-day itinerary, private aviation details, and destination insights.
If you would prefer to speak first, you are welcome to book a private consultation with Deborah to discuss whether this journey is right for you.
Environments aren’t the backdrop. They’re the method. The journey moves across Madrid, Morocco, Egypt, and India by private jet - each location selected for what it makes possible. We move through distinct places to create contrast, so what supports your body and mind becomes unmistakably clear.
Madrid marks the beginning of your journey, staying at Mandarin Oriental Ritz after you connect from your home city.
Your first evening is simple and informal: dinner together, a chance to meet the group, and the start of the conversations that will shape the days ahead.
Marrakech sets the foundation. At The Oberoi Marrakech, mornings and afternoons balance shared faculty sessions with time on your own - enough structure to feel held, and enough space to notice what you actually need.
You’ll learn how to support your body and mind before trying to optimise them, building coherence so they work together. It’s highly personalised, focused on the conditions that best support you: nutrition, sleep, recovery, focus, and pacing.
Alongside this, expect spa treatments, unstructured rest, a nutrition-focused cooking class, and community that forms naturally over shared meals, time together, and a private visit to a bird sanctuary that reconnects you with nature and supports local conservation.
Egypt and the Red Sea shift the journey into energy and motion. In the faculty sessions, you continue working with your Living Blueprint, exploring how your individual biology influences behaviour, resilience, and long-term performance.
Mindful practice helps you return to yourself - not as someone new, but in deeper alignment with who you already are - and to name what living well means for you.
Shared experiences ground the days: time in the dunes or a sunset cruise, a visit to the old town of Hurghada, and rituals of wellbeing you can take home. Evenings bring the group together too, including a BBQ on the beach, as your Living Blueprint becomes a clearer, more personalised record of what works best for you.
India brings focus. At The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, the days are spacious, anchored by the integration of the Oberoi ASMI wellness programme - breathwork, movement, nutrition, and body work.
This phase of Arc Vitae is designed for restoration and integration, guided by everything you’ve learned so far. Your focus is on sleep quality, nervous system recovery, digestive and metabolic support, and lowering inflammation.
With support from the Oberoi wellness team, you’ll select treatments that align with your personal priorities, so the care stays tailored to what you most need now. A session with the founder of Arc Vitae brings everything you’ve achieved together, translating insight into a clear next step.
A guided walk of the Rajgarh grounds and an early-morning visit to the temples add quiet perspective, and the journey closes with a final celebration dinner in India.
Your journey concludes back in Madrid. One final night allows time with the group and faculty before departure.
Post-trip continuity continues privately for one month, with follow-up conversations included.
Most health assessments tell you where you have been. The Living Blueprint is designed to show you where you are going.
Built across four months, it integrates genetic analysis, cellular intelligence, psychological mapping, and identity architecture into a single personalised document. A reference system you will return to for years.
Arc Vitae is designed in motion because what supports your wellbeing has to hold in real life, across changing pace, climate, sensory input, and demand.
Privately chartered flights keep transitions calm and coherent, rather than disruptive. Simple onboard systems support rest, hydration, light exposure, and regulation.
A dedicated guest services concierge manages every transition end to end, including luggage, with personalised service onboard. The result is travel that supports the programme rather than interrupting it: seamless movement, protected time, and clean contrasts, so what you learn becomes usable, repeatable, and long term.
Most people move through life without ever having a complete picture of themselves.
Not because the information is unavailable, but because no single structure has ever brought it together, interpreted it coherently, and applied it continuously over time to one individual life.
The Living Blueprint was designed to do exactly that.
A private, clinical-grade longevity architecture that brings together diagnostics, medical history, genetics, behavioural patterns, recovery, cognition, and ongoing observations into one evolving system designed to build a clearer understanding of how you respond, adapt, recover, and operate across the decades ahead.
It clarifies the relationship between your biology, your environment, your decisions, and the way your life is actually being lived.
How your system responds under sustained pressure. What supports energy, recovery, and clear thinking. Where depletion begins to accumulate. Which patterns strengthen resilience, and which gradually erode it over time. What allows you to sustain momentum across changing responsibilities, environments, and stages of life.
This is where Arc Vitae differs from episodic approaches to health and longevity. The Living Blueprint is not static. It evolves continuously as new information, observations, and lived experience are added, allowing future decisions about health, vitality, recovery, and longevity to be made from a more coherent foundation.
At moments of transition, clarity matters more than effort.
The Living Blueprint provides that clarity. Not as a report to be filed away, but as a long-term framework for intelligent continuity, helping you understand how to live, work, recover, travel, and engage in ways that support the life you are building next.
It begins before Arc Vitae starts. It continues long after the journey ends. Over time, it becomes one of the most valuable things a person can possess: a structured understanding of themselves.
A 15-day, faculty-led longevity journey combining biological testing, daily guided work, restorative treatments, and curated experiences - ending with a personalised Living Blueprint and one month of follow-up support.

Arc Vitae is guided by a small, consistent female faculty. Their role is to hold the structure of the journey, allowing health, rhythm, and perspective to deepen naturally.
Architect & Founder
Deborah Delaney is the architect of Arc Vitae. Her work sits at the intersection of intelligent longevity, environment, and lived transition. She brings over two decades of experience designing and delivering high-trust journeys internationally, holding the shape and flow of the experience so each element unfolds as intended.
Biological Intelligence
Dorthe Hummel leads the biological and genetic intelligence underpinning the journey. Her work examines how individual biology influences behaviour, resilience, and long-term performance. She ensures that genetic and diagnostic insights are translated into clear, personalised guidance grounded in measurable reality.
Sensory Intelligence
Eeva Jaakonsalo is responsible for the psychological and sensory intelligence within the journey. Her work explores how environment and nervous system states shape perception, clarity, and decision-making. She ensures the experience supports mental steadiness, while remaining free of overt analysis or therapeutic intervention.
Before any decision is made, we invite you to a private conversation with Deborah Delaney.
This is not an application or a commitment.
It is simply an opportunity to speak directly, ask questions, and explore whether the structure, rhythm, and intent of Arc Vitae align with where you are now.
Should you choose to proceed, the wider faculty becomes involved at the appropriate stage of the journey.
If you would like to have that conversation, please email or use the calendar link below.
Arc Vitae is delivered through a small number of carefully selected partners whose operational standards match the level of precision and discretion required for this journey.
These partnerships exist to ensure the structure surrounding the journey is as considered as the experience itself.
Travel between locations is managed by Bartelings, specialists in multi-sector private jet touring with decades of experience coordinating complex international itineraries.
Their role is continuity of excellence. Aircraft, routing, and transitions are handled to remove friction, preserve rhythm, and allow the journey to unfold without interruption.
Accommodation is provided exclusively at select Oberoi Group properties. The environments are selected for their ability to hold calm over time.
Architecture, landscape, and service rhythm quietly support sleep, movement, and recovery, without distraction or demand.
Where personal data is involved, Arc Vitae applies the same standard of discretion as the journey itself.
Health and diagnostic information is handled through VitaSpan, a secure platform designed for high-trust environments.
Data is collected only where relevant, and used solely in service of the individual guest.
"Privacy is structural, not performative."
